Capiz Ecology Park and Cultural Village

Tucked away in the serene countryside of Nagba, Cuartero, the Capiz Ecology Park and Cultural Village stretches across 14 hectares of gently rolling hills, shaded by a canopy of trees, bamboos, and flowering shrubs. This lush landscape isn't just beautiful—it's purposeful. Scattered throughout are small rice paddies and forage plots, serving as living examples of sustainable agriculture and acting as a “protein bank” for livestock. Ornamental gardens add vibrant bursts of color, making every turn in the park a visual treat.

More than just a scenic escape, the park is a space of learning and cultural immersion. Designed as a cultural education facility, it offers visitors the chance to explore both the tangible and intangible heritage of Capiz. From traditional farming methods to local folklore and indigenous craftsmanship, the village showcases the rich and diverse identity of the province.

Whether you're a curious traveler, a student of culture, or simply someone in search of peace and greenery, the Capiz Ecology Park welcomes you. And for families or the young-at-heart, there’s a special delight: an open playground where laughter echoes, and the simple joy of running barefoot on the grass brings back childhood memories.

This is more than a park—it’s a living, breathing tribute to the traditions and natural beauty of Capiz.
