About Me
Shane Martinez is a visual storyteller from Roxas City, Capiz. With a double degree in English and Culture and Arts, her work bridges narrative and heritage through illustration, multimedia, and immersive storytelling.
She is the creative lead and head storyteller of Muhon Studios, where she develops projects that explore memory, identity, and Filipino cultural roots. She has produced comics, children’s books, short films, and documentaries, all rooted in storytelling that honors tradition and invites reflection. Her work has been featured in both local and international art exhibitions, reflecting a deep commitment to cross-cultural dialogue.
Currently, she serves as a multimedia artist and tour guide at Ang Panublion Museum, where she brings history to life through visuals and voice. With over five years of experience in heritage tour guiding, Shane specializes in historical sites and artifacts, blending artistic interpretation with educational engagement.
