National Arts Month

In line with Proclamation No. 683, s.1991, February is a vibrant month for the arts in Capiz. The province showcases the immense talent of its local artists through various activities. Expect to see art exhibits in galleries and public spaces, film screenings, literary readings, and performance arts shows.
